Most web agencies don't refund. Their margins are tight, their build cycles are long, and once they've delivered, the work is "done."

Why I can do it
The build is fast. The site goes live on your domain within 2 days of the 5-minute form. If you don't love it, you have 7 days to say so. I refund the £199, no questions.
Why it works for me
Trust. Most agencies feel like they're hiding something. Adding a refund window says: I'm confident you'll love it, and I'm putting my money where my mouth is.
Why it works for you
You take zero risk. If the site doesn't deliver leads, doesn't represent your brand, doesn't feel right — full refund. The risk is on me, not you.
It also keeps me honest. I can't ship a half-finished site because you'd refund it.
